Open Microscopy Environment

I actually dont have that file in the directory. I got to the point where i just gave up looking for it and moved on. Everything seems functional and i dont have any errors when i run bin/omero admin diagnostics.

I know this probably isnt a satisfactory answer, but thats the way things go sometimes.
