The short answer is no. As far as I understand what you're asking for, it's not something we support.

That being said, depending on what you're trying to achieve, there may be options you'd like to look at

• The Make_Move.py script does have a "Watermark" argument.
• You could also add an overlay and then export the image to another format, possibly creating another image in OMERO.
