OMERO Imports fail on Windows

We have noticed that importing images using the Windows client will produce a lot of "fail" on import. But we can import these same images fine using the mac client. Are there known issues with the importer on Windows? We have noticed this problem with both .tiff and .dm3 images. Any help is appreciated.

There are no specific Windows issues, no. If you could let us have the "importer.log" from the "omero\log" directory off the home directory on the Windows machine that'd be great. On the OMERO.importer menu:

Help --> Show log file location...

should take you there.
