Latest OMERO Downloads

Here you can find the latest downloads of the OMERO.server and clients.

General instructions:

• OMERO clients are completely written in the Java programming language but require version 1.5 or later.

• The OMERO server and client versions must match, e.g. only Beta 4.0.x clients with the Beta 4.0.x server. Please upgrade appropriately using the instructions found on the OMERO upgrade page.

OMERO Beta 4.0.3 Downloads (May 2009)

The OMERO downloads for Beta 4.0.3 is based on a new underlying communication infrastructure to provide improved performance and reliability. Please Note: Due to our efforts to continue to improve the way import works, OMERO.importer Beta 4.0.2 requires OMERO.server Beta 4.0.2.

It is recommended that you upgrade to OMERO.server 4.0.3 if you are experiencing problems outlined in Ticket #1350.

OMERO ImageJ plugin

Limitation: In this first version of the OMERO ImageJ plug-in, we use the Image5D plug-in to view an image. It is not suitable for large images. We will release an improved version using the viewing options provided by the LOCI plug-in later in the year.
