Hi Norbert,

Unfortunately there is not yet a solution in place, I will try and carry out some further debugging but with our annual users meeting next week it will likely be after it is completed before I will have any update.

Hi David,

as this is quite a while running, is there any chance that this issue will be solved within a few months? Can anybody think of a work around (except exporting the files with the canon tool)? We would like to use it.

Hi Norbert,

Im afraid it is unlikely that we will have a fix in place in the near future until we understand ore about the specification of this format.
