Open Microscopy Environment

Are the files generated from scanning slides on tissue gnostics (http://www.tissuegnostics.com/) supported by OMERO? I saw that since 4.4.0 there has been enhanced support for "big" images. The final image from tissuegnostics is an array of tiff files that have been stitched together.

It is unlikely that OMERO/BioFormats supports tissuegnostics slides, although if you send us sample data we will make sure it will be supported. Please upload sample files using our file upload site http://qa.openmicroscopy.org.uk/qa/upload/
