No Image Views anymore - A Pyrimid of Zoom Levels

Hi all,

On our production system, we currently have an issue which prevents us from viewing any images in any dataset.

Whenever we want to open an image, a clock thumbnail is shown and once the launch the viewer it says that
"A Pyramid of Zoom Levels is currently been calculated for this image."

Feedback would be very much appreciated how to solve this issue.

Thanks a lot - best regards
Alexander

Hi Alexander,

could you send us the output of bin/omero admin diagnostics for the server and possibly Blitz-0.log and PixelData-0.log from var/log?

Thanks,
~Josh

Hi Josh

Thanks for your reply.

I just had a message from our IT colleague - there had been an issue after reboot of the server and the data DIR had not been mounted.

I will check so that this hopefully does not happen again.

Best
Alex
