Thanks for the information and sending through the sample files.

This is going to be quite involved to find what's causing the issue. I'll have a look into it and see if I can reproduce what you have seen.

I've been looking for the files you uploaded, but can't seem to find them on our server.

The QA ticket doesn't seem to have any attachments included:

I think I did it correctly now, please see the feedback ID 27052.

I uploaded both images as well as the .xdce file that our microscope (IN Cell Analyzer 2200) creates with coordinates, etc.

Thanks for sending through the files.

Could you tell us what version of OMERO server you are running?

I tried a number of different steps to reproduce the issue you screenshot'd, however to no avail.

I created a read-annotate group with an admin and non-admin user. As the admin I imported the images you provided. Logged in as the non-admin user on OMERO web and I was able to view the images (not all wells have associated .tiff files) imported by the admin.

Are there any steps I am missing, or could you suggest a workflow to reproduce what you have seen?

Hi Riad,

Your workflow sounds good to me, the only thing I can think of is if I am not the right type of admin. Please see the screenshot attached, should I be full Administrator to properly see the images?

As for the version of OMERO server, where can I see that?

Thanks for posting your configuration and letting me know the server version.

I previously tested as a full admin against OMERO server 5.4.7. I will try again today using the same Admin settings that you are using.

Hi Jordi,

Just to update you, I tested the same steps as before but this time using an "admin with restricted privileges" and OMERO server 5.4.9.

I couldn't reproduce the error you saw using our latest releases.

On Monday I'll try again against OMERO server 5.4.7
