ROI: wrong point coordinates

Hello !

Apparently, we have a small problem with our OMERO 5.2.7 installation: whenever I place a "point" ROI on some image, the coordinates I get from the "results" table are different from those that appear on the image. They're also different from the coordinates I get by placing a circle in the same place.

On the last image I tried, I needed to move the "point" with the keyboard 5 times (~ 5 pixels I guess?) for the results to increase...

Is it the global behavior or is something wrong on my instance?
Is there some other way to get the results?

Hi,

that's a known issue. Insight shows Point ROIs with an approximate offset of 2px in x and y direction. This will be fixed in the upcoming 5.3.0 version, which is going to be released soon:
