Open Microscopy Environment

Dear Colleagues,

Is there a way to measure distances between two ROIs (circle or dot)?

Our pathologists use this kind of valuable information when they annotate images.

I found this help:

But I didn't manage to see how it works. I have installed the iViewer.

The help page you are referring to is for the measurement tool implementing the Desktop client
OMERO.insight only.
The feature is not yet available in OMERO.iviewer. We are aiming to have it in the next version see https://trello.com/b/LMngWqg2/iviewer-03.
