Yes. OMERO supports any of the file formats supported by Bio-Formats. You can see the current list under https://docs.openmicroscopy.org/bio-formats/5.7.1/supported-formats.html

You shouldn't need to install any extra libraries.

Cheers,
~Josh.

I assume you are using OMERO.insight. Can you tell us the exact steps you've followed? Or show us screenshots?

You shouldn't need to install anything other than OMERO.insight.

Cheers,
~Josh.

In the ImageJ bioformats remote uploading

ImageJ 1.50i; Java 1.6.0_20 [32-bit]; Windows NT (unknown) 6.2; 3891K of 640MB (<1%)

java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: loci/plugins/LociImporter : Unsupported major.minor version 51.0

This plugin requires Java 1.7 or later.

Hi Mayav,

could you upload the dicom image you're having problems with to us?
If it's smaller than 2GB you can upload it here:
https://www.openmicroscopy.org/qa2/qa/upload/

That would make it easier to replicate your issue.

Kind Regards,
Dominik
