OMERO failed to process large images

I prepared standard TIFF files using Fiji's Stitching. Although in previous tests, those stitched large images are properly displayed in OMERO, OMERO failed to display a new series of large TIFF images. Only differences I can think of is the image size, which is bigger this time, and the fact that I run Set Scale from Java API rather than GUI. The images appear normal in Fiji. Well, perhaps ImageJ update might also be involved.

If you need, as long as it doesn't go public, I can send you an example of such TIFF files.

At the moment, it turned out the disk space of the server became full and it stopped working at a point. I'm investigating whether this is related to the failed processing of those images on OMERO.

Dear Kouichi,

It's likely that your server file storage space issue is the culprit. If you still see these image display problems once all that is sorted and the server restarted then let us know at what time you retested and upload a zip of the server logs and one of the problem TIFFs to http://qa.openmicroscopy.org.uk/qa/upload/ and we'll be happy to take a look.

Cheers,
Mark

Once the server was back to the normal, I uploaded the same images and they were properly processed by OMERO. Thanks for the comment anyway!
