Omero server not restarting

Hi,

My Omero server instance has stopped working and i'm unable to stop it. I tried to restart, but it cant even stop: "Failed to shutdown some componentes after 300 seconds".
How can i force stop all components?

If i try to login omero web works but after login i get a connection timeout.

Hello. Which operating system are you using and which version of OMERO.server?
