OMERO Insight Import

Hi,

one of our users is having problems importing any image using OMERO Insight on her PC. They can import via Insight on other computers and I can import using Insight on her PC. The OMERO Fiji plugin also imports successfully on her PC. I'm perplexed! Does Insight have a cache which might cause this?

Dear Matt,

Could it be some difference where at login one of you has the lock icon "closed" and the other "open"? You do both have the same port number entered for the host you're trying to log into?

Dear Matt,

Thank you for submitting QA 27442 which had helpful information and comment. This is going to sound strange but: If your user puts the image file into a subdirectory of where it is now (even just create a new folder and move the files in) do they then become able to import it?
