Open Microscopy Environment

Hi there,
I'm new to OMERO and my administrator has installed the server.

When I load content via the OMERO importer this works fine.

However, when I view the files in OMERO insight -- the public/private radio buttons are greyed out.
Likewise in the Web client, when I make a share I get a server error (below).
Please can someone explain, how to make my images available to other users in my group?
