Open Microscopy Environment

Hi all,

I am setting up OMERO for the first time. Our platform is RHEL 5.x. I am wondering which version of PostgreSQL to use with the latest release of OMERO. The documentation says 8.x is supported, but does not explicitly list 8.4. Is anyone running OMERO with version 8.4 of PostgreSQL? Are there any problems?

Hello Tina,

We're currently running OMERO in production with PostgreSQL 8.2.x, 8.3.x, 8.4.x and 9.0.x. Really any version of 8.x or 9.x is fine.
