If you are having trouble with image files, there is information about reporting bugs in the Bio-Formats documentation. Please send us the data and let us know what version of Bio-Formats you are using. For issues with your code, please provide a link to a public repository, ideally GitHub.

Thanks Melissa for the detailed update!

I will try this as soon as I'm having a real internet connection again (currently at the IJconf2012 we don't). Should we update the FiJi people about this issue with the shipped NetCDF version? Or is there a specific reason for the newer version they include in their package?

Never mind about this. I just ran into Curtis and he fixed the FiJi part ;)

Thanks again Melissa for working this out, we finally can read Imaris files again! :)
