Error with Omero.insight since last java update

Hi,

We have a problem to log to the Omero server using OMERO.insight since the last Java update. When we click the login button we get the message : "Failed to log onto OMERO. Error: System Failure.". It happens only on the computer with the latest Java update (1.8.0_201-b09) with client on both Windows 7 and Windows 10. I was wondering if the bug is already known and if there is anything we can do about it.

Dear Daniel,

Yesterday afternoon here in Dundee we too started to notice this. In http://lists.openmicroscopy.org.uk/pipe ... 07321.html we explain our understanding to date and are considering at https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openm ... /pull/5943 a preliminary idea to fix Insight. Unfortunately for everybody this appears to be a widespread problem that requires urgent attention. We're sorry to hear that you're caught up in it too: you certainly won't be alone in that.
