Windows server support for OMERO 5.3

Dear All,

Please see our latest blog post (http://blog.openmicroscopy.org/tech-iss ... s-support/) for an update on Windows server support for the next major release of OMERO - version 5.3 later this year.

https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/sup ... ments.html will be updated for the upcoming 5.2.3 release to reflect this change in policy,
