• IDR:
  • released prod 104 yesterday. HPA run 11 and idr0124 mouse heart morphology
  • Infrastructure changes: Deployments in future will take 3hrs to copy data volumes
  • Needs more planning, takes time
  • Josh: use smaller volumes. e.g. 50TB
  • Seb: will ask for more resources on the tenancy space
  • Jason: seeing more examples of imaging by sequencing
    • genomic metadata on ROIs
• NGFF:
  • next 2 spec changes: axes and HCS
  • spec and implementations in various tools
  • next? validation, collections, rendering
  • may depend on community feedback on next NGFF call
  • Josh:
    • Trevor web atlas project, support bf2raw output
    • s3 Auth under investigation for the MoBIE project
