Image overlay

Greetings,

We collect images from via a Spot (Diagnostic Instruments) camera from an epifluorescent scope and manually overlay channels in imagej for analysis. Would it be possible to do this through Insight without the IJ plugin?

What file type is the result of the data collection? Have you already tried importing the data files into OMERO?
