No module named IcePy (after omero config set omero.db.name

Hi,
just need a little assistance with installing OMERO under 64-bit VM machine.
So far I have ... installed, successfully ...
windows server 64 bit
postgresql-8.4.4-1-windows.exe
jdk-6u21-windows-x64.exe
ice-3.3.1-VC90.msi.download
ActivePython 2.6.5.14-win32-x86.msi
PIL-1.17.win32-py2.6.exe
omero-Beta4.2.0.zip
matplotlib-1.0.0.win32.py2.6.exe

gone to the http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/supp ... ll-windows
to configure the software ... and I try try and execute
C:\omero_dist>bin\omero config set omero.db.name omero
and I get ..
ERROR: Could not import omero.cli! (No module named IcePy)

Have you also added C:\Ice-3.3.1\bin to your PATH?

Thanks for the reply. I received an image of a Linux build which solved my problem.
