2018 02 08 14:05:23 by unknown Hi, Im leaving a message on the OME user mailing list as well. This nd2 is misread by Bioformat (as all nd2 coming from the JOB). NIS viewer read it correctly. Position and time points are shifted. In this small example (3 time points, 3 positions, 2 colors), the 3 series does not correspond to position 3t x2 c but to time points 3p x2c.
