nd2 RGB conversion channel mixing

Postby sjroyle » Tue Nov 01, 2016 1:47 pm

Hello,

I am importing nd2 files into FIJI using Bioformats (version 2.0.0-rc-54/1.51g). I check autoscale and composite to bring them in. If I split the channels everything looks OK. However, if I first change type to RGB and then split the channels, there is mixing of channels. Using subtraction it looks like green is passed to red and blue is passed to green, nothing passed to blue.

Is this is a known bug?

To update this. Colleagues tell me this is probably due to the channels in NIS not being pure RGB. So I guess this is more a feature than a bug. ;)

It would be great if you could submit your image to our QA server (2GB limit),

This would help us troubleshoot the issue in better detail!

Please let us know if the image size exceeds the 2GB limit, we will share the FTP server credentials in a
