If you haven't named your files uniquely, then you'll get multiple ids when doing the above query. You'll have to somehow identify which one you're interested in. Is there any other context which you could use?

they are uniquely named. say for image id 3333 the h5 table with feature data is called iid3333_fieldfeatures.h5

If they're uniquely named, Ivan, then you should only get one ID returned. Can you show me the code you're using?
