Postby rleigh » Mon Nov 28, 2016 11:34 am

OME Files C++ 0.2.3 build 18

OME Files is a reference implementation of the OME Data Model and OME-TIFF file format for the storage and interchange of biological imaging data and metadata. It provides support for:

  • The OME Data Model (model objects, metadatastore, XSL transforms and XML validation)
  • OME-TIFF reader
  • OME-TIFF writer

This re-release is a rebuild of the binary packages for download, containing a single security update for the TIFF package (libtiff) in the super-build. All other source packages are unchanged.

Changes in this release include:

  • TIFF upgrade to 4.0.7 to address security problems in 4.0.6
