Restoring server without PostGre database?

Postby Stephan » Wed Jul 06, 2011 10:10 pm

Hi,

we had a problem with our PG server and the omero database is no longer accessible. Meaning there is no possibility to dump the database. However, the /OMERO data folder is still existent. Is there a way to restore the server without having the PG database available? I couldn't find anything about that in the search.

Thank you,
Stephan

I'm afraid not. If you've lost your PostgreSQL database it cannot be reconstructed from the binary repository.
