certain OIB files fail to be imported into OMERO 4.4.5

Postby albot » Thu May 02, 2013 12:58 pm

Hi all,

Today one of my colleagues mentioned that some of his oib files happen to be rejected when imported into OMERO 4.4.5.

The error message is attached and we would also have an example oib file (43 MB). Just let me know where to provide the example file.

Might this by coincidence be resolved by updating to 4.4.7 or (8)?

Thanks a lot.

Best regards
Alex

This problem has been fixed since 4.4.5, so the file should import after upgrading to 4.4.7 or 4.4.8.

Hi Melissa,

We have updated the test server to OMERO 4.4.8 but the import still fails when using the oib file we have available.

SHould we provide you with this file to do further tests ?

Thanks a lot.

Hi again,

Really sorry - I tried to import in a group where I do not have the correct rights.
The importer still had this group as reference.
When changing to the correct group, it worked out fine.

Best regards
