1. Project Status

• IDR:

  • Working on next release with idr0084 and idr0086.

  • Idr0084 on idr-next. Idr0086 going in now.

  • Expect to release next week.

  • Jason: we’re seeing more tissue data and complex screens, masks

    etc.

    • Validation of our work on formats etc.

• NGFF:

  • JM: experimental masks working consistently with several ome

    tools/repos.

  • No support for multi-resolution yet.

  • Looking at example studies where mask work will be useful.

  • Some with existing ROIs. Can compare our analysis results with

    existing ROIs.

• SA

  • Seb has been having success with migrating old list archives

    from Mailman into Google Groups.

  • Mark: any issues noticed?

• Glencoe (Chris):

  • A few artifacts published.

  • Prep release of OMERO-plus jars etc.

  • Looking at use of imglib2

  • JM: jars released from model upwards. Available now from

    artifactory.

• Community:

  • German BioImaging - Josh and Petr attended last week.

    Notes available.

• Insight 5.5.12 is available - few bug fixes. Credentials not logged

  now.

• Omero-model to omero-gateway available from artifactory

• New release - mostly docs updates. No need to update OMERO.server.
