• IDR (Frances):
  • prod129 released tomorrow with idr0170 Mass cytometry, mouse data, 37 channels. First use of omero-zarr-pixel-buffer.
• OMERO (Andreas)
  • posted OMERO.web security release announcement: https://forum.image.sc/t/action-required-critical-security-release-of-omero-web-coming-august-13th/115402
• Bio-Formats (Seb)
  • Bio-Formats 8.3.0 release
    • All components now released incl. artifacts, documentations. Fiji updated
    • Next step: announcement (OME website & image.sc & LinkedIn & BlueSky)
  • JM: www.openmicroscopy PR green. Can merge
• NGFF
  • General (Josh)
    • Johannes Soltwedel (jo-mueller) started at GerBI/ome
    • Matt McCormick and ngff-zarr: migrating to Fideus. HCS now supported. v0.5 spec in progress.
    • Repo (schemas etc.)
    • Formats meeting per month - propose last Monday of each month to cover OME-zarr. Norman for August.
    • An additional LTS? Do we need something intermediate before 1.0?
      • Chris: LTS for zarr itself?
    • Zarr ZEP10 - return focus
    • Chris: we are thinking about urls to specify zarr storage specs
