  • Seb: urllib removal: testing needed by OME team please
  • JM: we need to update merge-ci to Python 3.12 to support zarr-python v3
  • Petr: about to download new certs for openmicroscopy.org domain

  • Formats team talked to Norman (Scalable Minds) about zarr V3 support in Java. Productive discussion. Will discuss again
  • Import
    • Omero-cli-zarr - omero-test-infra passing (thanks to JM) https://github.com/ome/omero-cli-zarr/pull/180
    • Do we move import/register code here? What to call it?
    • Will: I vote for omero zarr import …
    • Will: omero-web-zarr: Web-based import of OME-Zarr images (in progress)
    • Will: need to update ome-zarr-py PR that uses ome-zarr-models-py - write plate.version
